Getting Started with SmartDynamic Refilling (SDR)
Now that you have installed the app, follow these steps to set up your account and begin managing your water refilling station efficiently.
1. Accessing the Dashboard
Once you open the app from your home screen, you will be greeted by the Login Screen.
- Log In: Enter your registered mobile number or email and your password.
- Forgot Password? If you’ve lost access, use the "Forgot Password" link to receive a reset code via SMS or email.
- First Time? You will be prompted to finish setting up your station settings.
2. Setting Up Your Station Profile
Before processing orders, ensure your business details are correct.
1. Navigate to Settings (gear icon) in the side menu.
2. Verify Station Info: Check your station name, address, and contact number. These details will appear on your digital receipts.
3. Registering Your Delivery Team
If your station offers delivery, you need to add your "Riders" or "Delivery Crew" to the system.
1. Go to the Station > Station Users tab.
2. Click Add New User and select the role as "driver"
3. Assign them a unique login so they can update the status of deliveries in real-time.

Sync Data: If you’ve been working offline, ensure you connect to the internet at least once a day to sync your sales data to the cloud.
